Spring is here in the UK, and over breakfast this Easter Sunday morning we have been watching the birds chasing each other around the garden. As I type this I can hear our resident Crow family somewhere about, too: have they been doing some spring cleaning of their own?
I wonder if the onset of spring triggers the human body/brain into nesting and territorial behaviours, and how we are with that. Corvus’s writings contain masterpieces of body-awareness. I have found that “simple” awareness, maintained, of how the body/brain copes with not getting it’s own way, extraordinarily difficult.
Perhaps there are many ways that nature’s stimulus can be used to further awareness?
